DNA Associates is a small unique practice. We are Out of Network for all insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. If you have medical insurance that covers out of network providers, we can provide you with a Super Bill after treatment, this contains all the codes you need to file your own claims if you desire to do so. Because of the uniqueness of the treatment options at DNA Associates, MOST of the treatments we provide are NOT covered by medical insurance. We are happy to give you an estimate of the cost of the treatment we recommend. We are happy to write a letter of medical necessity so that you may use the Flexible Medical Expense Account for the treatments provided at DNA Associates. We understand our patients have individual needs and complex health issues, for these situations we suggest you send Dr. Faria an email, explaining your health concerns.

She will call you for a brief 15 min. complimentary consultation after she reviews your information and previous blood results forwarded to us at dnaasterling @gmail. com Dr. Faria practices Dermatology and Functional/Holistic Medicine, she has integrated Western and Eastern medicine, using Energy medicine, food, vitamins, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, peptides, ozone therapy, IV Vitamin/Mineral infusions to restore your health and vitality. Dr. Faria treats the whole body and will look for the root cause of gut, skin, hair and nail diseases via blood tests, genetic testing, GI Map stool tests and Food Allergy/Sensitivities. She will also care for immediate issues using Prescriptions like a conventional physician. Please understand that HEALING IS a JOURNEY. You ar your loved ones will not be able to pursue this path of healing with one vile. She requests a commitment of 3-6 months of visits sequentially depending on your health issues. She can’t estimate the expense/cost. Her initial visit is $350 per hour to review your blood results and explain the options that she foresees. After the initial visit, the follow up visit is $300 per hour. Other treatments may cost more or less pending your needs and the procedures. Her goals are HEALING and IMPROVED health.
